Argh! I'm stuck! What can go here?

Here's what I've got, all in a kind of square-like, symmetrical configuration:

In the back: Russian Sage "Filigran"

In the middle/back to the sides: LA and Asiatic lilies (may add some orientals to extend the season) and pink confeflower ("Ruby Star" and "Doubledecker")

In the middle of it all: Directly in front of the Russian Sage and between the lilies/coneflowers: Coreopsis "Creme Brulee" in back, (which actually made it through the winter! Hooray!)and Stokes Aster "Klaus Jelitto" in the front

and formerly to the sides in the front, Sedum "Autumn Joy."

What I need is something to replace the Sedum, which will be moving to my berm where its bee-attracting ways, I hope, will keep my pitiful neighbors and their guests from parking in front of my garden there (instead of in front of their own house or in their own driveway) and stepping on my poor little plants.

Any suggestions, please??? Thanks in advance.
