beat those buggers in green and yellow. And wipe the smiles off all those silly people wearing those
really big funny looking cheesey things on their heads!

I had bad dreams last night about this Garlic Cheese fiasco. I was going to every store I could find looking for Kraft garlic cheese roll because I HAD to have cheese grits for dinner. Lord luv a duck, what a night. Meldy, I've made the grits with garlic powder when I was visiting yankee cousins and they requested them, it just wasn't the same. That old cheese roll (previously put out by Kraft) was just the right thing when you added cheddar to it. Suzy, thank you for taking the time to send me the link to the Amish store. I checked out the site and later on today when I get a chance, I want to order some other things also and of course get the cheese. If it works out for my grits, Kraft will be forever in your debt. I fired a warning arrow across their bow this morning. A BOYCOTT by the genteel southern ladies casserole brigade if they don't fire up that garlic cheese vat pronto.:0)

I make good Chinese food at home. But just to run out and grab something to bring back to the office for lunch. I love Almond Fried Chicken, but I've never been able to duplicate the thick light brown gravy I used to get down in Boise. I ordered it at a new restaurant that opened up here a few months ago and the gravy was neon yellow. I'm not kidding, it was brighter than a lemon. There's also a Mandarin Chicken sauce I've been trying to duplicate for at least 20 years. The cooks at the restaurant I used to work at didn't even speak English, much less share their recipes with you. LOL And the pan fried soft noodles for Special Chow Mein. There is only one selection available at the grocery here, and it's not the same as I've had in restaurants. Oh, and I ended up with pizza instead of Chinese yesterday. Not all that impressed with Domino's "new and improved" pizza.

And today is my first visit here after looking up adrenaline I sure understand better now That's what I have going on MY NATURE'S PACE MAKER.working. Adrenaline After a stay in icu heart recently everyone finally agreed i am mot crazy.it was.my heart. The docs installed is a device catch my heart acting badly is a heart tracker like halter monitor. Under my chest muscles on top of my heart. I can cause it record what just happened.. iam write with excitment because your stories are all so familiar. These stories for me begin after mitral valve repair. 7 years ago. Basic problem ..unless the doc sees the heart behaving badly they deny the problem. All this time we never could catch it Last doc said bluntly if we dont see it didnt happen. You must to er Well recent at 230 am it woke me up, just as you have described. I went directly to the er They caught the serious thing! Arrithemia and more then two days in icu. Now meds have slowed my heart from 70 to 52 while docs decide what to do. Last night I realized I was having an adreilin rush. The same rush I went to a neurologist for help. Over a year and half. Often it also affect my skin. Goose bumps crawling feeling all day long! Well have I got news for him.I was not crazy about that either. my gp I visited last month just to say. I know you don't know what is wrong but I still got it. Knows too I sat in neros office two months ago ,,,same thing. I said dr i just want you know ME when I end up in er..and i need you. well it was er straight to icu. Home now with electrical issues. Last last night meds have my average at 52 bpm.it woke me. 2 3 am. I use my tricks to get back to sleep.as soon as felt sleep coming on the stomach feeling spread. It woke me up heart pounding.sweat .out of breath!!! Happened several times . then checked average heart rate on my Garmin. 48. Average 48 so i was probably lower. Maybe 45! My natural pace maker kicked in every time sleep lowered bpm and I was short on air. Natural pace maker? Adrenaline can't wait to see what was recorded on my device Thank you body! Now I think i know what as going on for long time hidden from doc view. Electric shock adrenaline style

Make sure that you have a way to upkeep the power to your camera and other devices. The residential electrical power varies greatly in the places you mentioned. except for the USA, most of those places uses 50 hz, the US is 60hz. You will need a charger that is compatible with the power source of the country you are in, or use disposable batteries. The voltage of most disposable cells in the US is nominally 1.5 volts. However, many newer camera use Lithium-ion batteries that have a much higher voltage. I don't know if there are disposable cells made in these higher voltages. In this case, one alternative is to carry multiple sets of charged up rechargeable cells, and re-charge any time you get the opportunity. It would be a shame to be at a world heritage site with a dead camera. Naturally, when you are on the cruise ship, that power source will be constant, but do check to see what it is. Do not assume it is the same as state-side power. So click the camera all day and recharge when you return to the ship. When you leave the ship for a day, go with several sets of freshly charged batteries. Below is data from a 1967 booklet. My team never makes it to the play offs (Atlanta). I would like to see the Seahawks win. I just love to watch a football game out in the open with snow and wind. This is fun to watch.

Oh Ron!! Finally another Flacons fan!!!! Thats a dirty word ya know lately here! LOL
DH has followed them and loved them for years and years and years. This year was the most disgusting in all the years! They did make it to the play offs and the Super Bowl in 1998 remember that one???? LOL

Well it's apparent that the Seahawks are being out weathered right now!..
No we aren't Seahawk fans...Once hubbies beloved Steelers left..it doesn't much matter..football is now watched here for the sake of football watching.

My brother is a GB fan, DH and I were rooting for the Seahawks. Not a great ending but there's always the next game I say!

WooHOO, now that was a GAME!!! Like the games of yesteryear- when they played in blizzard conditions. THOSE were games! Today's was great, if you're a Packer fan like I am! I hope the Giants win tomorrow so they can play in Green Bay next week.

Man, ya just gotta love Brett Favre. He is the best quarterback, he has so much fun!

There's a house full of Packer fans here in Indiana!! I told my s-i-l we would be seeing reruns of that snowy game for years. We, of course, are former Wisconsinites.

So did the team they beat last week!! I'm sure we could've beat them!!! Oh well, it doesn't matter now, for either team. Watching PATS now - I donnoooooo...

But, I think JAX is getting tired though. It was a good game for a while.

My son and DH were hoping the Seahawks would win. Now they are going for the San Diego Chargers.

That was a great game...I love it when it snows like that for football.

I am a Packer fan. And as for Brett? Well, uh, I think he is a hottie. *sigh*

I guess we were rooting for Green Bay since Seattle beat the Redskins last week. And Brett Favre is pretty amazing to still be playing after all this time (Old for football)I can't believe how much it was snowing and a lot of those guys in short sleeve shirts!!

I am also a Falcons fan since I'm a VA Tech alumni and Michael Vick is a VA Tech alumni too. Obviously don't agree with what he did, but I used to love to watch him!
