Winter veggies in hoop house, Zone 9 California

This is my first year using a hoop house. Im in a zone 9 area, so even on a fluke winter we will have only mid 30's temps at night for 1-2 weeks max. My hoop house is 12x20 with room to expand. My normal garden area is 6,000 sq ft so and my family loves to eat all the veggies we can so I'm hoping to augment that this year over winter. I have raised beds in th H.H most 6" and some 12". All filled with manure, compost, "top soil", peat moss. I guess im hoping to see if its possible to have a "summer" type garden here in the H.H since im zone 9. Most articles and blogs that I find are about midwest and east coast areas where weather zones are much lower. Any sugesstions or maybe some direction to West coast forums?
