What about chinensis mutabilis? No fragrance, but blooms open in pale yellow, than darken to yellow, pink and deep purple before falling down. Very ,very good repeat bloomer.
I would place one in your mix, to help smoothing contrasts in colors, like a "bridge" between the pink and the yellow roses, so to say.

At my last house, I loved how the colors were similar yet different.

Here are some of my favorite roses that would work with both reds and yellows:

Elina is a very useful rose for a situation like yours. She does very well in our climate--practically disease free and very vigorous--expect 6-7 feet tall by summers end if you don't cut her back. The pale yellow color blends well with other colors. Think of her color as a neutral, goes with everything color. She can tone down clashing colors, brighten up dark colors and blend with pastels.

Golden Celebration is a great rose--pretty disease resistant, although it can get a touch of blackspot, but it is very vigorous and doesn't defoliate so it can be used in a spray free garden. Golden celebration is a nonfading golden yellow that blends well with other colors. You can grow it as an arching shrub or short climber. The golden color is very pretty with reds.

Sheila's Perfume is a great rose--disease resistant, may get a touch of blackspot but it doesn't seem to bother her. She is pretty much every color--she starts out yellow with pink edges and as the blossom ages, it gets redder and redder. She is paler in cool weather and bright cherry red in hot weather.

The Big Question is: will you be spraying to prevent diseases? I ask this because in Seattle, 'Double Delight' can't be grown without spraying or it will constantly defoliate from disease. This is an important consideration.

I am aware about DD and spraying.

I went to the nursery yesterday and saw Traviata, a beautiful quartered red bloom on a very floriferous bush. I don't know why I didn't bring it home, if it's still there next week I'm definitely getting it. Sorry I can't tell you if it was a floribunda or hybrid tea, I'll check next week. It did have lots of single blooms all over, so it is possibly an HT, although you know sometimes the floribundas do that, too.
As far as reds, you can't go wrong with Mr. Lincoln (but for some reason I'm not drawn to it) or Chrysler Imperial. Showbiz is a small bright warm red, a real scene stealer.
I picked up French Lace, it's a hard to describe pale color fading to white, delicate and slightly ruffled.
I second About Face(orange with yellow reverse, fades to pink) and Sexy Rexy (warm pink), or Queen Elizabeth for a cooler look. Elina sounds beautiful for a yellow, but I have experienced Gold Medal(bright yellow) and St. Patrick(lighter than Gold Medal), both great.
If you like not too formal looks, Sexy Rexy(pink) and Brass Band(ruffled apricot blend has some pink) are fun, and Iceberg(white, stained pink in cool weather) likes to get huge and sprawling if you let it, which I always do. It looks good by itself or behind others, but it's the whole bush covered in flowers that is striking, not so much the individual blooms. Iceberg is the only white I have found that holds up to the heat, but if hot summer sun is not a concern for you then you have a lot of whites to choose from. I like John F Kennedy and Honor, and Jonn Paul II looks beautiful as well.
I also saw Shocking Blue at the nursery and it was more lavender than Angel Face, but I do think Angel Face (pinkish lavender) is easier to blend in, and the blooms are very ruffled.

Rock n roll - new striped red and white did really well last year and came thru the winter better than I expected
Sheila's perfume - can do really well if sprayed and you get a good plant
Loving Memory - really nice red Ht, can be hard to find locally. Pickering and Palatine carry it. Liebezsauber - does well too
Savoy Hotel - pink
Sexy Rexy - pink
Tournament of Roses - coraly pink
M Koopman - blooms like crazy, healthy, blooms could use a few more petals to hold longer

I can suggest some that I grew in the Seattle area when I was there and others that I have seen in other gardens there. For reds, I would recommend Lavaglut, Olympiad, Opening Night, Precious Platinum Loving Memory, Liebeszauber, and Alec's Red. For whites, I would recommend Honor, Polarstern, Margaret Merrill, Karen Blixen, and maybe Anastasia. For red-and-white, I would also look at Rock and Roll and Love. There are so many pink roses, but Marijke Koopman and Pink Parfait are sure producers. Pleasure also puts on a good show. For yellows, I would suggest Lemon Spice for the fragrance, Elina, and Helmut Schmidt. Sunblest is also a good garden yellow. Sunsprite and Sun Flare do well out there. There used to be a whole row of Sun Flare in the rose garden in Woodland Park. For lavenders, Silverado and Lady X do rather well among others. These are ones that just come to mind in a quick moment. There are plenty of others as well.

I second Sheila's Perfume. Red and White Master Pieces would be nice for a red or white. The Cherry Parfait's would be nice mixed in with Double Delights. Kordes Perfecta, Chicago Peace would be nice for mixed. I love Pope John Paul. What about Oklahoma for red?
