Used Mi-T-M Power Washer: Good deal?

A buddy of mine who owns an industrial painting company is trying to do me a favor by talking me out of buying a home depot or lowes power washer and selling me one of his used industrial units. Here is the info on the unit:

Mi-T-M CW-3004-1MKB

engine: Kawasaki FE350 11.5 horse; belt drive

GPM: 3.9

PSI: 3000

Nozzle: 4.5

Comes with 50' hose and four nozzles

He let me borrow it first and I used it today and it started on the first pull. Runs great and has all the power I will ever need and more.

His company maintains all their equipment; the oil looked new when I checked it; They own about eight industrial washers indluding a 10,000 psi unit and he says this one hasn't been used that much. I am not sue of its age but he thinks it is about four years old. I am going to call Mi-t-M to see how old it is and to try to get a manual.

He wants $350 for it. The new model (which is pretty much identical but has a honda engine) retails for over $2,400

Would I be a fool to pass this up and pay the same price or more for a new washer from lowes, HD or sears?
