help with cooling greenhouse

When I retired from teaching in '09,my husband and I built an 18' x28'greenhouse. It is gothic style, made out of double wall poly carb. There's a circulation fan on the south wall, vents on the side walls to the north, and a propane heater at the ceiling on the north. Connected to it on the north is a garden shed, 20' wide x 16' long.

I finished poinsettias in '09, started seed geraniums in dec and then started annual, perennial, veg, and herbs beginning in feb. The heater/fan are on thermostats, so keeping things warm in the cold months was not a problem

However, keeping the greenhouse cool enough is a problem.

I'm done with my season as of the middle of June, but have to find a way to keep it cool next year. Did put up a shade cloth in the sw corner, but it had limited effect.

We went to the short course in Columbus, Ohio looking for ideas...another fan? cooling misters? Also have talked to people who spray paint their greenhouse white to slow down the heat..and then this paint peels off by winter?

Any and all solution ideas are welcome !
