What is the transparency? I just read that twin-wall polycarbonate is 80% What is the insulation value? twin-wall is 0.3m^2 K/W, or 1.7 in US units. Knowing these two facts we can estimate how much heating money you will save over the lifetime of the PC. Adding an extra layer of fine PE (say 10micron) to twin wall PC is easy and cheap.

BTW: A caution on cutting walled polycarb: Every time you cut it, tiny bits of materials get into the channels. Better idea: I've been jotting "blueprints" at work all morning (yeah, I'm supposed to be working!) and thought that instead of vinyl windows, why not just build a wood frame and then build frames in which to insert sealed double pane insulated glass? The wood frames would insulate better and take slightly less space up than framing in vinyl windows would. It’s peroxide burn as said above. The phase 2 bottle is about 10% concentrate. The stuff you get at the drugstore is usually 3%. Check the bottle for damage around the spout where it inserts into the machine. Make a note to self to always wear nitrile gloves when cleaning anything where potential chemical leaks could occur. Wr refill the phase 2 bottle with ecover peroxide bleach which is 6-8%. If any spills on my hands they bubble white Like yours. I only did that once. I always wear gloves now pouring it full strength.
