I remember the pictures well! They are both beautiful miniatures! I'm hoping they will root for me... I haven't had much luck with rooting things lately, but now I have a heating pad and a mini-greenhouse set up with grow lights, so my luck should change! And the bulbs are all nice and healthy looking, and a few even have green tips peeking out! Cupido even has a baby attached to it, and it's quite large! I can't wait to get them all potted up and growing! I need to get a few more clay pots, and I think we're going to town today, so I'll pick some up. I'm going to check on a few mini rose sites, too, just to get a better idea of how others root their cuttings with success... just to be safe!

I got mine today too, and just in time! I'm leaving at some strange hour of morning on tuesday, and this is the last day they could have arrived that I would've had a chance to do something with them :) I wasn't expecting them, I was so surprised! in a looong stretch of inconvenient days, they arrived on the ONE convenient day possible. I love it when that happens, it's usually the opposite. lol. they're extremely wilted and I don't blame them, LOL. the more hardwood part seems pretty firm but the thick green stems are a little rubbery. the growing tip on the coral pink appears to have just given up, but the ecuador has some decent sized leaves and they seem to be perking back up again :) so, someone needs to tell me when I get back who to send the moneys to! :) omg, and I think I still owe theresa money for the lotus tubers! if I owe anyone money please let me know. lol. things have been so crazy lately! thanks again, lindas and gloria and everyone on here that made this possible. you guys are absolute dolls. I still love the deer, they are so beautiful, especially the babies. We put up a deer fence along the woods and now they leave me alone. It is heartbreaking to go out and find your hostas mowed down, been there. Sometimes they are so smart, they come in through our driveway. What I did notice is they only bothered the old solid green junk hostas. Couldn't figure out why, then I thought maybe because all of my good hostas and roses get the Bayer 2 in 1 applied every 6 weeks or so. Maybe something in that makes them taste bad.

They're starting to look to the boxes everyone! I haven't seen any here lately...but then again by boxes are in the neighbor's field, so you gotta LEAVE the house to see them. They hang around the power lines in front of my house every once in a while. I passed the boxes driving down a neighbors long drive way. There was a bird on one of my boxes! Came back and it was gone...No ID:( ...could easily have been a HOSP doing early house hunting. Gonna lay the hammer down on them this year!!!! >:)
