Earthkind Brigade Trial in Hot Humid South

I am looking at the roses currently being tested thru Texas A&M's Earthkind program, listed as Earthkind Brigade roses on their website-- and also a few roses with the ADR designation, & some others from personal experience. We'd site the bed near a raised bed with modern roses (Peace, Mr. Lincoln, Memorial Day, Veterans Honor) so visitors to the arboretum can compare the performance of the roses. Here are the roses, by color:

White-- Gourmet Popcorn, Petticoat

Yellow--Baby Love, Carefree Sunshine, Prairie Harvest

Yellow Blend-- Folksinger, Winter Sunsest

Apricot--Pearlie May

Pink--Quietness, Belinda's Dream

Rose/DP--Earth Song, Carefree Beauty, Carefree Wonder

Red-- Dublin Bay, Polonaise, Champlain

I'm tempted to include a couple of the Kordes Fairy Tale roses even tho they're not widely available yet-- Lion's-Rose and Floral Fairy Tale.

Unlike Texas A&M's rules, we are going to continue to fertilize, pass out alfalfa tea & epsom salts. We will not spray either bed for insects or diseases.

A number of local landscapers and one major wholesale nursery have expressed interest in these trials, as they would like to help homeowners incorporate roses into their plantings.

Southerners, Gulf Coasters, would appreciate your feedback on these varieties, and other good and BLACKSPOT resistant varieties.
