Not a tree I've ever seen myself but compare with Cephalotaxus harringtoniana var. drupacea.

They need the wet climate of Japan and great age to achieve that size; though obviously they are more commonplace there than anywhere else. AJ Jacobsen gives a cultivated record of only 25' in New Zealand, this one looks at least 30' to me assuming the form stays pyramidal off the edge of the frame.
