So I pre-germinated 3 types of radish seeds (Easter Egg, White Icicle, and Early Scarlet Globe) by soaking them in water for 12 hours then putting each type in-between a layer of wet paper towels.
Unfortunately it worked too well! They sprouted fast! I took them out of the water Thursday morning and should have planted them Saturday morning but I didn't have the time.
So this morning (Sunday) I went outside and planted them but they already had really grown a lot since yesterday. They all had pretty big tails, some with visible fuzzy root hairs, and most also had their first set of leaves.
I tried to plant them shallowly, though I'd say I probably managed about 1/4 inch. Does anyone know, did I waste my time? Or will they still manage to grow?
