dreamgoddess, Just a quick note, I am running out the door, the dishes you posted look almost exactly alike, I pulled my plate to compare. The biggest difference I can see is in the Dinner plate, the 5 small flowers "groups" that go along the rim are different, theirs all "match" whereas the ones that are Lady Carlyle are not matching bunches of flowers. So as long as you like the ones for ebay and you trust the seller (quality and safety) then I would say you have a great opportunity for some great dishes.

TurboWash saves about 15 minutes overall, taking Cottons/Normal default down from, say, 45, to 31. I like the way TurboWash distributes water around more actively so tend to use it more often than not, and if I want a longer wash cycle, I just increase the Soil Level another level or two. So my tendency is to do something like Selected Cycle + TurboWash + Soil Level Medium High + Extra Rinse (just as a matter of policy I like three rinses). I often use the Pre-Wash option as well, maybe about half the time. That introduces a quick, cold 15 minute prewash (pre-wash is always cold no matter what temperature you have selected for the main wash) which is then drained and refilled which then becomes the main wash at whatever temperature was selected. This is a fantastic, set-it-and-forget-it approach to getting out any minor stains of unknown origin, as immediate heat will in some cases set stains semi-permanently, as you probably already know. By the way -- in cases where I use the pre-wash, I use Tide for Coldwater but only in the pre-wash detergent dispenser. In the main wash dispenser I almost always use Tide Ultra, with a scoop of sodium percarbonate added if I'm washing whites. I think TurboWash should be a feature of every clothes washer out there, it's a pity that it's marketed as a time-saver, as IMO the purpose I value it for is it's just a smarter method to assure forcible, even, consistent dispersal of water throughout the clothes, even those that are compacted in the middle of the full load that tend not to be directly exposed to the small layer of water at the bottom of the washer. And TurboWash works those nozzles through the whole wash cycle. I believe Bulky just assures there's enough water added for particularly thick, water-absorbent fabrics like comforters & whatnot. The worse washer ever. Not only does it take an hour but after all that my clothes still come out dingy & smelly.Forget about my whites...I have to go to the laundromat to wash my whites because with this H e it's useles. I don't care how much people say that we're not doing the laundry right, they're talking out of their A hole, I'm just throwing it out there about these machines. Save water? Not only do I waste more water & electricity having to wash & rewash my clothes just to get it half clean! But the time it takes just to do a load. People don't take a risk with these washers, you'll regret it. Don't fall for their lies like I did unless of course you can afford to throw your money away. Honestly, my old washer had an agitator which the top agitator broke, so I was doing my washes with a broken down washer & I the truth my clothes came out super clean & smelling fresh even though my machine was broke & out of balance! Just stick to agitator machines, no such thing as saving water or electricity with these H e's Lies, Lies Lies

I was recently watching a video about sheets, fabrics and fitting. They said that the higher the thread count number the hotter the sheets will sleep. So if you are like me and sleep very hot it is not a good idea to go with a thread count over around 300. IF you live where it is really cold then go for the 800-1000 or over range. Have you seen the sleep tite sheets that have the elasticized sides, not just a band of elastic, but elastic up the sides? They are supposed to stay on the mattress no matter the size. I have a cuddle bed mattress topper that has that type of sides and it is great, stays put and so easy to put on because of that. Overstock has them and a little video to show how well they go on and stay. I have not tried them but if they work as well as the mattress topper I would love them.
