Very afraid I will kill my first ever rooted cuttings- help!

Ok, I finally got 2 old fashioned roses to root via ziploc baggie method. I kept them in there a long time until leaves were pressed against the top of the bag. Both looked to have healthy root systems so I put them in 6" pots lined the bottom with coconut coir and the other 3/4 of the pot with sterile potting soil. I kept them in the sunroom where they have lived for months, away from drafts or direct sun. Gets lots of filtered bright light in there. Well, I've checked them everyday and the leaves are starting to yellow after about a week. Am I killing them or are they just adjusting to replanting shock and will rebound? I'm new to all this so I'm panicking. Thanks y'all.
