They told me I'll graduate in May for certain!

Finally! I've been waiting since September to find out if I have all the right courses in all the right places and I do! I just found out. All I have to do is take my final tonight and pass my classes next semester. Hurray! Thanks ya'll for bugging and supporting me. I wish you all could come. Whatcha doing May 9, 2009?

Well, you are approaching the finish line.....it was a real back-breaker but you will have something very special nobody can take away from you, and an investment in the future. (Not to mention the inspiration you give a child concerning the value of preparing for the future) I can talk to my kids/grandkids about giving their schoolwork serious attention the first time around, because I spent many years as an adult back in classrooms. It's not so easy for them to blow you off, because they can't say you don't know what you are talking about. LOL.

What courses will you be taking next term? Will it be a comfortable slide into home base, or grueling?

Two pretty easy classes (a junior level class I skipped over and I can fill in the blanks easily, Political Parties and a criminal justice class (those are a breeze to me because it's just in my genetic makeup) Terrorism).... and the grueling teacher again. When his name came up, I started scrolling, scrolling, scrolling. No anyone but him! But I give. It's in Modern Political Theory. I'll either graduate or I won't. I can't imagine I'll make an F in his class, but I will be buying a digital recorder this year. Maybe then I can keep up. And I changed my allergy meds, so I am less foggy. Maybe I'll shoot for an A this time. Fingers crossed!

I too love the sake barrel fabrics. I'm thinking of taking closeups of several things I took photos of printing close ups of several photos I took, framing them and running them down my hallway. Moni, I try to get out at least once a week but would love to get out more. If I hiked like you biked, I'd be in great shape like you, but I stop every ten feet and take a dozen or so photos and then continue on to the next interesting bug, flower or bird, seldom breaking into a real sweat. :-) Jodi-

Whoo Hoo!! That's wonderful news! When one actually knows that things are falling or have fallen into place, the whole process seems easier. When/if the Modern Political Theory class -- or more aptly, the teacher -- gets too *heavy*, I know you'll grit your teeth and keep going. I offer sincere congratulations to you on your accomplishments.

Great, the end is in sight. You will have no problem with your classes. There is always one professor, teacher, boss we could do without.

What an accomplishment you will have achieved ...I'd bet not many graduates will have had such a tough path but it will mean that much more to you. So glad that finish line is in sight...josh
