Questions about Palisades Zoysia Lawn from sod in Central Texas

I spent the weekend laying sod for a new lawn in my backyard. I decided to go with Palisades Zoysia, which I was able to get for $160/pallet from Lone Star Grass and Landscaping in Austin. I haven't dealt with sod in years, so I have some basic questions.

1) Most of the pieces had at least 50-75% yellow blades. Should I be concerned about this?

2) Most concerning is that about a half dozen of the pieces had really green grass that was fine, almost Bermuda grass. I'm worried that the quality was so bad that I got some of the wrong grass mixed in. Have people heard about this before?

3) I hear that I should give about 1/2" of water twice a day for the first couple of weeks. Is this correct?

4) Any other thoughts are suggestions are certainly welcome.
