Sick Phal...limp dark green leaves

Well...this is a follow up to a couple of posts from a couple of months ago. To summarize, I purchased a Phal in bloom. I found that its medium was completely broken down with fresh bark on the top. By the time I had discovered the mess it had severe root rot. I trimmed, repotted and crossed my fingers. During this period of time it lost two large leaves and its spike. For the past month its two remaining leaves have been limp and dark green. I have it located in an eastern facing window about 8" from the glass. I have fertilized and been careful with watering.(all of this is done with the careful directions of those on this forum....Im really trying to do my homework here!!) I havent seen any progress or decline in the past month. I know from repotting there are hardly any intact roots left and fear it may be too far gone. It is so pathetic....but, I am so attached and hopeful it will come out of this. Any advice? Please help!
