beneficial insects question (Tachinid Fly)

I lost all my zucchini last year to squash bugs, and they showed up this year again....so I have been picking off all the bugs I see and removing the eggs I see too. So far so good....my plants are alive. But I had been noticing a certain fly on the plants and I was hopeful that it was helping me....I finally looked it up and it turns out it is the Tachinid Fly: Trichopoda pennipes which is a parasite of the squash bug. I have seen a lot of these flies....so my question is....do I keep removing the bugs? I will remove the eggs still, but the adult bugs....should I keep picking them off? I don't know if I can tell if it has been hit by the fly yet....but then I don't know how effective it is for control. Should I keep picking and let the fly get any I can't find or get to?
