Can I save my Elm tree organically (or otherwise)?

Has anyone had success with treating Elm tree diseases organically? Although I don't know for sure, I'm suspicious that we have Dutch Elm disease on our unidentified variety of elm (we did not plant it). The tree is probably 3+ years old. This year only about 1/4 of the buds leafed - very bare! Now the leaves are yellowing and falling off. I see no sign of elm leaf beatle, but maybe that's the problem. I've been giving it Sick Tree Treatment, Agrispon soil drenches + Garrett Juice, liquid seaweed and some soil conditioner. No improvement in week 3 of the treatment. I've also learned recently that elms don't tolerate high nitrogen, which may also be a problem in our yard right now - any words of wisdom from anyone out there that may save it? It's killing me to watch a tree die!
