Mini-catt Pseudobulbs shriveled

I have a "Blc. Mouniani (that word might be wrong, but my tag is scratched) Rainbow" that just finished blooming and the pseudobulbs are really shriveled. My other two are fine in the same conditions; sitting on humidity trays, on a south facing window, with an oscillating fan trained on them all day. I suspect my problem is underwatering, as I know the perils of overwatering and make a point to avoid this. I was watering only until water ran out the bottom, and the potting mix was completely dry within 48 hours. This past sunday I watered them really well and today (Tuesday) the pots still feel "moistly heavy", if you will. How soon will the pseudobulbs unshrivel themselves, and/or might my problem be something else? A troubling mystery indeed.
