Seed starting...soilless mixes??

Hello,

I'm new to this forum. Hopefully this isn't a reocurring theme but I can't find any info on my searches. This is my first year as an organic grower and I eventually want to become certified organic. I'm starting up a small greenhouse business where I'm hoping to sell produce to the local restaurants and co-op. Local produce is very hard to get here in the wintertime, almost all of it is imported. I am stumped on what soilless mix I should be using for seed starting. One of the nurseries here told me that most soiless mixed are OK for organic growing so last year I ended up purchasing Jiffy Pro-mix. Now I'm thinking this isn't OK, and I want to start everything off right this year. Should I be making stuff up myself or are there some good suppliers of soilless mixes. Sorry for the novice question, I'm slowly getting the hang of organic growing, but the seed starting has me stumped.
