apple tree doesn't bear much

I have one apple tree. I live in Alabama. My soil is on the acidic side. This tree was bought from Gurneys. It's called a 5 in 1. I only get one or two apples per year. The tree is about 10 years old. I put 10-10-10 fertilizer under it each spring. It's a nice looking, healhy tree and I've pruned it this year according to instructions. Any suggestions on how to make this beautiful tree bear more fruit? Do apples need lime added to the soil?
