Did I make a dumb mistake?

I had some bare patches on my lawn in the summer house that I have, which we're at about half the time. So I took the advice somebody here gave me a long time ago and overseeded, and then set up a timer on a sprinkler. So I tested the timer and the hoses, everything was working fine, set the timer and left the house last Thursday. We return again this coming Thursday night, one week later, and I have it watering once a day for an hour.

So, here's my question: I'm not using especially heavy-duty hoses. The one from the house spigot to the timer is a 150 foot Vigoro hose I have on a reel. It's about two years old and has no known problems. Is there a realistic chance that this hose may rupture while I'm away?

OK, I know, I'm a worry wart, but this has got me worried. I wonder if maybe next time I should get a heavy duty hose to run from the outlet to the timer, if it is going to be under pressure for days on end.
