fertilizer settings for bermuda grass

I recently(1 month ago) planted 4 pallets of tif 419 in the immediate surrounding of my new home and am becoming very acquainted with TW's bermuda bible. Bought a bag of 32-0-0 from the feed store and from reading the BB I know I should put out 1 pound per 1000 sq ft.

Im using a scotts edgeguard mini broadcast spreader and am not sure of what I should set the dial on?

And since the 32-0-0 is close to 1/3 nitrogen should I be putting out 3 pounds of product per 1000 sq ft or just 1 pound?

Also have 2 acres of (almost all full sun) yard that has a mixture of many different grasses and weeds that I would like to convert to bermuda by seeding. What do you guys think would be the best fertilizer and/or to just seed bermuda into the existing lawn and to get the best results.

P.S. There is going to be a wedding here in about 3 months so theres no way I can start over atleast not this year. Just want it to look the best it can in the short time available and a good start to following year.

Any responses are greatly appreciated
