Help with Soil Test results

I ran a soil test on a large area I have had trouble growing grass. The results were odd. It started out fine. It showed me that the soil was a little basic; near 7.0 pH.

Next I did the nitrogen test. No change at all. It was supposed to change pink or red, but it did nothing.

Next was phosphorus. Test went pretty well and produced a very light blue which corresponded to "low" on the chart.

Last was potassium. Result was just like the nitrogen: no change at all. Was supposed to turn some shade of grey per the instructions, but did nothing.

I followed the instructions to a "T". Any opinions? Could my soil be this devoid of these 2 nutrients?
