St. Augustine Problems - Link to Pictures

I noticed a my lawn turning yellow in a few spots and it seems to be spreading in a pattern. Here is a link to the pictures:

A little background:

It started doing this a couple weeks ago. We have had a decent amount of rain so it might have to do with too much water. I also have a sprinkler system that has a rain sensor so it does not water when it rains. The sprinkler system waters every morning at 6am per my landscape architects suggestion. I think that he has me on this schedule because the lawn is sloped and has a lot of sandy loam(the lawn was built up with a retaining wall). I don't know if this matters but there is a drip irrigation(1" diameter lines with small holes) septic drain field under the majority of the lawn. I used this organic fertilizer very moderately (less than the recommended amount)about a month and a half ago: http://www.naturalgardeneraustin.com/ladybugbrand/824.htm . I also used this seaweed product over the lawn and I think I used quite a bit more than is recommended: http://www.maxicrop.com/pages/product_6.html

I did a little research and it didn't seem like overusing that product would really hurt anything. I could be wrong though. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Daniel
