Quick Weed Identification

Happy spring! Starting last year, I've had these tall, white-flowered weeds (pictures below) appearing in my otherwise healthy TTTF/KBG (90/10) lawn (which is healthy thanks to previous advice on this forum!). I believe this occurred as a result of some excavation work done in the former corn field next to us, which started early in Spring of 2012. They are more prevalent in my front lawn which is adjacent to where this work was done, than back. I use the same seed, fertilizer and weed control program on my whole lawn. And I did a pre-emergent at the end of February (though we had so much rain, I'm doubting it's effectiveness).

The tall stalks appear within days of initial green-up, and grow to 10 - 14 inches. There are sometimes several stalks from the same root, but most often they are single stalks.

Please help identify this week so I can target how best to get rid of it!
