Warm Weather and Dormant Overseeding

CPascal

I dormant overseeded back in February and the 10 day weather forecast for the Boston area predicts sunny weather (no rain) with temps each day at least 50 degrees ( a few days in the 60s and one at 70). As everyone knows, it's been a warm winter with virtually no significant snow cover. Given the unseasonably warm weather, should I be watering each day to promote early germination of my dormant overseeded lawn? My concern is that if temperatures plummet in late March, any new grass that has germinated will die.

FYI, I dormant overseeded with a mix of tall fescue, hard fescue, chewings fescue, perennial ryegrass, and KGB.

Any advice would greatly appreciated--
