Old Swiss and German Heirloom Apples

Axel

Is anyone growing old Swiss and German heirloom apples? I realize because of the language barrier most people in the US grow mostly English apples, but has anyone tried any of the German heirloom varieties? I am grafting the following varieties this Summer. A lot of these are very nice, very late Winter storage apples and a few are good cider varieties.

Baumann's Reinette

Berner Rosen

Blauacher

Glockenapfel

Halberstadter Jungfernapfel

Heimenhofer

Hordapfel

Landsberger Reinette

Maunzenapfel

Nitschners Erdbeerapfel

Oetwiler Renette

Oldenburg

Gestreifter Herbstkalvill (syn. Pomme Framboise)

Sauergrauech, (syn. Grauech, Pomme Raisin)

Primrouge

Purpurroter Cousinot

Reinette Clochard (French variety)

Roter Eiserapfel

Ruhm aus Kirchwarder

Schneiderapfel

Schoner aus Itzstedt

Schweizer Orangenapfel

Seestermuher Zitronenapfel

Stahls Prinz

Thorgauer Weinapfel

Wagener

Zigeunerinapfel

They should do very well here as we have a nice climate with cool Summer nights (46F-54F) and even though our Winters are mostly freeze free, we chill accumulation is around 900-1200 hours. I'd love to hear from anyone who's growing these.

Thanks.
