I like that! What kind of air freshener is it? I would like a couple of glass blocks.

I have been recycling the little airwick air freshener containers. I put a stopper in the neck and drilled a hole through it (before I put in the neck.) Glued on some red flowers and used some aquarium tubing through the stopper. I haven't tried it yet, but if it holds liquid they will be hummingbird feeders.

If I get another of the round af's, I intend to see how they will look just inverted and stuck into the dirt in the garden.

The air freshsener is the Glade Glass Scents (I'm including a link). Unfortunately, I don't think I can post a picture straight off my desktop-I'm almost sure that any pictures need to have a URL link for them so I take it off where I store mine online (shutterfly). They only link the thumbnails and the one I posted is the largest....BUT, if someone else knows a shortcut for me to post directly without a link, then I'm all ears! :-)

Jules, yes they are short kinda little glass bottles maybe 3-4 in diameter across the top and 1 1/2- 2 in diameter on the bottom. When you turn them upside down, they look like half a ball. If you save the cap that comes on them, you have a ready made stopper just waiting to be drilled. I also used a cork in one.

Beautiful, Jules! I showed Carol, and she went shopping today and wants to get some of the air fresheners you used!!!! You always inspire us! Carol likes the tile idea for coasters on the patio table. I thought you could somehow attach a buch in a mobile of some sort. Just beautiful!!!!! Kirk P.S. It's interesting that some products are sold here in the states and nowhere else. I did purchase these air fresheners at Wal-Mart. I haven't actively gone looking ofr them recently though...Bright, I think Photobucket would be the same in posting a thumbnail photo. That is not what I want. I read why shutterfly only has the thumbnails (and mine is the largest of the thumbnail). I had another place I stored photos online and they switched to shutterly. It's taking me a little while to get used to the new site and how to add, alter and link my photos ....I really don't want to mess with it anymore that I do. What I'd really like is to upload them somehow directly from my desk top to the post in a viewable size....

Oh and sweetkountry, those soudn cool. BUT, wouldn't it be time consuming filling all those bottles for those wondeful lil' hummers? Let us know what you finally end up doing with your lil air freshsenre bottles.

Kirk, I cannot believe you and Carol---you are bad or good for each other. I think it's great that she has fully thrown herself into this whole junking creativity. We're like one battery charging another battery. :-)

Jules, I like TinyPic.com ( link below )... You don't have to sign up or regester... Just Browse to your pic, click Upload ( I use the Default size but you can resize it )... When it's done copy the info in the HTML for Websites box and Paste it into your Post...
