Question about my Plum Tree- How old is this tree?

I am very unfamiliar with fruit trees but I actually have many. Most look very old but produce decent fruit. This tree was loaded this year. I have plums, (this one and I think the other is an elephant heart plum?), necatrine and apricot tree that all seem quite old to me but I dont know much about these fruit trees. I live on 10 acres, a very old property and home. (my home was started around 1898-1898 and finished in 1910 buil). I'm discovering many wonderful old things (roses and such) but I'm wondering about these trees. I have no idea how long plum/nectarine/apricot trees can live so I dont know if this tree is 10 years old or 100 years old! We bought our land 6 years ago and it looked ancient to me then too! It's got wierd knotty looking stuff on it, I wasn't sure if this is how its supposed to be (because its old) or if it has some disease (gall? I just learned about this on rose bushes but does that happen to trees too?) I've included a couple pictures and any and all comments are welcome. I know NOTHING :)
