Not sure what's happening to our pear trees...

My parents have recently started farming, and we have an orchard of about 2,000 Asian pears. Problem is, though, we have no experience whatsoever in the care of fruit trees. The previous owner passed away about 2 years ago, and we ended up taking over the farm. On top of that, it seems that these trees are diseased. Here's a link with pictures of the leaves:

As you can see from the photos, the leaves are riddled with black spots. They turn yellow, and eventually die and fall off of the trees. Does anybody know what's wrong with them? I appreciate any advice on how to tend to the pear trees as well.
