anything you couldn't/shouldn't/wouldn't grow in a 28'' wide bed?

Planning a substantial garden expansion and reconfiguration for next year- somehow I've convinced myself that tripling my garden size will net result in less work for me, but that's another post - and as a result of material sizes it seems that a 28" wide bed size would make the most sense.

Would a 28" width be prohibitive to growing any veggies you can think of? Would you make some beds narrower or wider? (Note: I am very short!)
