New unknown plant

Bought this at Lowe's today, because I'd never seen one before, and it was waiting there for me for several weeks so I figured it needed me. Even though I paid too much for it because it was in a special decorative pot that didn't have drainage holes. (Since moved.)

I haven't tried to upload photos before, so let me know if the link doesn't get you anywhere. Growth habit is palm-like, which you can't really tell from the picture. The closest resemblance I can think of, of the stuff I have, is to my Chamaedorea metallica, but the metallica's fronds aren't as deeply pleated, aren't the same color, and emerge from the growing tip differently. Any guesses?

Appears to be a baby Carludovica sp. 'Jungle Drum'
It will not look like this as it matures...grows fairly slowly, too.

An update. The vast majority of the garlic mustard is gone...what a job that was! My DH even began to help me, it was that bad. A photo of the plant that looked like lamb's ear or rose campion. The grey colour doesn't seem to be as predominant. Aconitum (Monkshood) I don't think this is Trollius because there aren't any buds. Centaurea montana next to a poppy. The 'oregano plant' One small bed before and after photo. There are six beds this size and a large bed about 20' wide by 40' long, plus about 15 shrubs in their own beds and all of these beds were overgrown with garlic mustard. You can see one edge of the large bed in the photo below and a few of the shrubs in the background.

Yes, I do see the dandelion leaf in that shot now, I think. And the small dandelion plant in the last one. They very well could be multiple things there. I will look at some Erigeron species and compare them to what I have outside. Thank you very much, again!

What you can do is reach into the shrub (obviously wear long sleeves and heavy gloves) and select out some heavier branches to break up the cube shapes which are vastly inappropriate for the shrub type (they typically grow in loose ball or vase shapes). I think, if it was you who had the lumpy burning bush, you can give it the same treatment. It looked as tho the shrub was pruned to force growth back into the bush rather than arching out in layers as it ought to.

I saw one just like that at Lowe's yesterday and almost bought it, but it was DROWNING in water, standing water in the pot so much that it splatted out on the floor when I picked it up to read the tag!

Is this an aquatic plant that is supposed to stand in water? Our particular Lowe's normally takes great care of the plants and I've never seen anything drowning like this there before.
