help another blueberry bust?

I ordered plants from a grower in GA. They were shipped overnight ( I spoke to him last night and they were sent and I received them this morning).

160 plants...bare root...4 varieties...

What I got were plants that apparently had been rooted in I'd say 1 or 2 gallon containers (I didn't count them...but let's say for arguments sake at least 10 plants per) They appear to have been popped out of the containers and put into a plastic sleeve that is covering the root ball (ONE root ball for more than 10 plants) was protected.

These plants actually appear to be budding, so I know they are alive. So they are NOT dormant it would appear.

Hence my concern and question...How fragile are the root systems? HOW ON EARTH do I separate so many plants and keep their roots intact. The plants are clearly borderline root bound, since the ball is one very firm ball.

Should I send them back?

would pictures help?

Desparate for some answers.
