Question about cutting netting

Hi all,

I posted this on the bean forum, but haven't received any responses yet, so I thought I'd post it here too, since you all might use it for cucumbers, squash, peas.

Instead of using twine for my pole beans to climb on, I decided to try some of the netting I found at Menards. It has 7" openings, and is 5'x15'. Its 100% nylon. Can I cut it to the size I want without it unraveling? Do I have to burn each cut? Thanks.
