It won't stop raining!

I guess it seems a bit of an odd thing to complain about, but the weather here lately in Eastern Kentucky has been nothing but rain rain rain. The afternoons have been somewhat sunny and the temp has stayed between 70 and 80 F but I'm worried that my small plants are getting too much to drink. Mushrooms have even started popping up all around! I mulch with straw and my soil drains quite well... Should I be concerned about root rot? If so, what can I do to help dry things out, if anything? Thanks for any feedback! :)
