Weird Spots on Tomatoes!

chortlemeister

I'm hoping someone can diagnose my tomato plants. 2 out of 4 of these plants have developed weird yellow spots. Some start on the outside of the leaf and some in the middle. This happened just after transplanting them into 5-gallon buckets. However, I noticed that one of my back-ups in the cups is starting to do the same. I don't think it is blight since there are no gray or black centers. My guess is leaf mold but it seems like the spots are seen on the underside of the leaves as well. I do have unaffected back-ups... should i replace the infected plants with these as soon as possible?

Here are some pictures.
