I suspect environmental stress. Heat, wind, and/or briefly short of water.

Did you check the backs of the leaves? Any bugs or eggs or egg-looking things back there? It kind of looks a bit like aphid damage (or other sucking insect), but if the back of the leaf is clean, then that's not it.

Symptoms:
Bacterial speck is widely distributed. Symptoms may appear on any plant part. Leaves of infected plants are covered by small, dark brown, irregular patches of necrotic tissue that are surrounded by yellow halos. Disease severity is increased by leaf wetness from sprinkler irrigation, rain, or heavy dews.

Control:
Minimize wetting of the leaves by using drip or furrow irrigation. Copper sprays provide effective control.

I searched for images because we seldom have bacterial speck or spot on our tomatoes.

Doesn't look at all similar to me.

OP's images show lesions which have already dried -- the tan spots. No sign of fungus and/or bacterial propblems

I think Jean is right with environmental stress. My tomatoes are showing it to a lesser degree. We've had wide swings in temperature and either pouring rain or sunny days. How's a plant to adjust?

I have that on a few of the top leaves of my plants that have direct sun. I think it is a burn spot from being watered and then having the sun beat down on them.
