Help ID Leaf Spotting(?) Problem (First time Tomato-er)

Hi,

First time Tomato-er. (Who can't tell from online image searches which problem this most closely matches.)

Since the folks on this forum probably have seen everything, here it goes:

It's one of the determinates, "Patio Princess Hybrid", grown a warm basement under artificial lighting in Fafard retail "Professional Potting Mix", from seed, now up to about 12" high and so far still in same location.

Wouldn't imagine too many possible plant pests or pathogens hanging around in my basement (but do not know), so also was thinking too much/little of: fertilizer, or water, or breeze from the little fan blowing on it. (Or even the asbestos from my 70 yr old steam pipes - only half-kidding.) There is a different bush-type tomato purchased as a plant from a big-box store growing next to it, but with a different looking type of leaves, and don't see spotting on them, but suppose it could have vectored a disease.)

So far it's the lower leaves, though they are not near the mix (at least 3" up/away).

Thanks for your advice.
