Blueberry soil for container

I can't find local sulfer or even perlite for that matter this time of year (or azalia soil mix). Would it be fine to do a combination of pure top soil and Sphagnum Peat Moss and adjust to 4.8 or so PH? The water is semi alkaline. I don't think I can order anything online that will get here before the plants. BTW did find COIR at Houston Garden Center. Is it ever necessary to bring these inside in zone 9?
