Safe to reuse distilled water?

Hey everyone. Currently I'm growing a Miracle Fruit tree. I have it near my window in a grow bag to keep the humidity very high until it puts on a little growth and its warm/humid enough around here to put it outside. I'm only watering with distilled water since dissolved salts and high ph can be a killer for these guys. However, it's a pain to keep buying jugs of distilled water from CVS. I haven't fertilized the plant yet since I'm waiting for it to get a little more estabilished. The mix I'm using is basically Al's 5:1:1 with a good bit of coffee grinds as mulch. The pine bark I have is a bit coarse and has some strips, it seems to drain very fast. So basically a good bit of the distilled water I pour in comes out the bottom very quickly. Would it be safe to reuse this when it's time to water again, or are there some issues with bacteria or something?

Here's some pics FYI:
