spring bulbs for shade

Hi -

I planted four hardy begonias (begonia grandis ssp. evansia) in the shady part of my yard. They break dormancy late in spring and I'm wondering if there are bulbs that I can underplant them with so there will be something going on until the begonias leaf out.

I've tried some bulbs that say they are shade tolerant but prefer sun. These really seem to bloom a lot better in sun. Are there bulbs that love the shade but that will not be invasive or hard to control?

Thanks,

Judy
