Comments (16)Now you all know i would never forget about any of you!!! Love all you guys. And yes of course the second thing i did after weeding through all the schools to select the best, i then did a search on DL farms and clubs in the area LOL HAHAHHHAHHHHHAAAA....... we are so terrible!!! And i have prepared a few pots already, to ready them for the trip with me, and SCAD also has a garden area and greenhouses....... hhmmmmmmmm maybe someone will do a jhonny appleseed with all his pink stripes seed!!! You know ill try to sneak one in there somewhere!! Yeah ITS SUPER EXPENSIVE OMG...... but i have always managed, trust me i know poor, and i know how to deal with it. Im a mule so nothing bothers me. I bought two really nice pots, PS is in one, and my favorite seedling is in the other, ill always have daylillies in tow, and theres now way id leave those two at home for the parentals to kill off!!! UGH i dont know whatell happen to the garden? it worries me....... I havent been home much lately and it looks like crap. Talk soon again i promise Gerard...See MoreOk all you snow peeps!!!!!!
Comments (10)I am still amazed! First they said an inch or two for today, then it went up to 4 inches, then 6 inches which wouldn't have been bad. Then this morning I heard 12 inches and we got every bit of that 12 inches!! Probably more. Pris I envy you! We get lots of snow of course, but good gosh since Christmas it has been non stop! Like every stinking week-end. It gets old really fast even though we are used to it. Of course I had plans today and by 11 am couldn't even get my car out of the garage, I know I'd have gotten stuck. DH is gone with the 4 wheel drive. The experts are now talking flooding again this spring like last year. My county is still trying to fix all the damages done almost a year ago. I am desperately hoping we skip spring this year and go directly to JULY!!!!!!! Now that is my kinda weather....See MoreCan you believe they do that to PEEPS!!!
Comments (25)Monica, That is what I was thinking! Where are there ever any leftover PEEPS! You people are sounding like a bunch of mean, rotten, nasty -------- actually fun-loving goof balls! Hey, one of you texas gals that are part of the TEXAS TOUR, go and get some PEEPS if it is possible and have a roast and take pictures for us. That would really give the rest of us a chance to FEEL like part of your fun. Who's game for it?...See MoreFurniture Peeps--Do you know what this is?
Comments (51)The sofa is in the car. The headboard is under it. Went to meet the headboard gal tonight. Here's how it went: me "so you're asking $30" her "oh, I'll take $25" me "ok" We pulled the sofa out of the car, moved this here, that there, put the headboard in, covered with blanket and loaded sofa back in. Fits like a charm. I might be losing a suitcase....and packing my stuff in plastic bags for return trip. dh will have to get my suitcase back on next trip in couple of weeks if we leave with a friend. (heck, he can put his inside it so he technically has only one for plane trip). omg I LOVE GREENVILLE SC I am now looking at houses!!!! really, CL and the consignment shops are gold mines. OH, and the consignment store lady still hasn't heard from the seller about that sofa because "they are always travelin' darlin' " But, some sort of so-called-furniture expert saw it and told her it was "prolly Maitland Smith. " I really do like it here. I'm trying to work on my dh's boss to make sure he "needs" to be here and not in that fabric-3rd-world I'm in now. And yes, I did find fabric for the cushion today...now I need to decide.... hip green or peacock blue.... ohhhhh gotta go, the band is back from break that is playing outside our balcony!...See MoreFeathers11
