My wife and I decided to do a complete renovation of our 35 year old house, and that included a showcase, professional, high preforming kitchen, and a high quality washer and dryer. Dave at RiverBend helped us select manufacturers and specific models of appliances. He steered us away from products that were no longer as reliable as they had been in the past. We decided to get mostly Miele products and SubZero fridge and freezer. They seem amazing. Throughout the long project Dave worked with us right through installation. He even helped us get the rebates that Miele was offering that had escaped our attention. We will be moving back into the house Jan 2024 and can't wait to use the appliances in our dream home. My husband and I worked with Donna, one of the 2 owners of the “RiverBend and Company” in Westford, MA on remodeling our master bathroom and had an excellent experience from the beginning to the end of the project. Donna was our single point of contact during the entire project. She is not only a great visionary designer, but she also drives the project with an admirable dedication, a great attention to detail, and a lot of respect for the client and contractors. We can’t say enough good things about Donna and her company. From the moment we met her we knew we wanted to work with her and we did not regret our decision. Donna works with a number of independent contractors and she arranged for the plumber, the electrician, and the carpenter. We ran into a snag with one of the contractors who unexpectedly became unavailable due to a family issue and Donna immediately and happily arranged for another great contractor to work with us. We purchased some of the materials through RiverBend and the prices were reasonable and in line with other vendors. We plan on working with RiverBend on our next remodeling project. What we loved the most about working with Donna: •Her passion: she full heartedly wanted this bathroom to be fabulous and wanted us to be happy. And the bathroom ended up fabulous and we could not be happier. •Her guidance: she helped put together individual design items that we loved (colors, materials, etc.) into an overall esthetically pleasing, modern, and highly functional bathroom. •Her experience: We quickly learned to trust Donna when she explained why some color, or a pattern, or material, or finish would or not would not work. •Her focus: Donna has a great ability to drive the big picture while staying laser-focused on details. •Her communication style: Donna called, emailed, txt-ed often. She also dropped in often to check on the work the contractors were doing and she inspected every milestone of the project. •Her personality: through this project we got to know Donna and her husband Dave. They are a wonderful couple, with a great sense of humor. And seeing their dog when we would drop by their immaculate showroom was always a plus. •Her energy and “can be done” attitude: Donna has a lot of positive energy, thinks out of the box, and always finds at least one, and often more than one, solution to a problem or a challenge.

We had gone over to RiverBend & Company originally to look at appliances. Unbeknownst to us, the owner, Donna, designs kitchen layouts. We went back to her to come up with a few designs for our small kitchen space. With her knowledge of materials, cabinetry, tile, finishes and of course, appliances, she was able to design a beautiful, functional, and more open kitchen space for us. Donna's attention to detail was exceptional. Her kitchen installation team was great to work with as well. Having to do a kitchen remodel in the middle of a global pandemic was no easy feat and she made it easy for us to get through it. I cannot say enough about Dave and the team at Riverbend. They went above and beyond to get us our gas range here before we moved in our new house. They helped us go through all the models, different sizes, specs etc.. He was extremely patient and accomodating to what we wanted in this purchase. They are a great local business that truly cares about making their customers happy. A prime example is Dave and I troubleshooting a small adjustment on FaceTime, who does that at a big box retailer??? I can honestly tell you that they will have a loyal customer for a long time to come. My wife and I cannot thank you guys enough for everything you did to get the range here before move-in day!

RiverBend & Company was recommended to us by a neighbor who'd has his kitchen remodeled. We visited the showroom, met with Donna to discuss our concept and immediately signed a contract for her design. She worked with us throughout the project, which was a kitchen and bath/laundry room remodel. She made excellent suggestions, used creative design, and was very attentive to our budget for this project. She even recommended a general contractor. She has an eye for detail and made sure everything was right. She's a delight to work with, too. RiverBend carries very nice European appliances which really added to the look and function of the space. The result is a gorgeous kitchen, laundry and bath that makes us so happy and generates Wows from everyone who sees it.

Donna and Dave made remodeling our kitchen a joyful experience, their insight and experience is invaluable. They listened to our ideas and redirected us to consider many options, and make the right decisions. Donna walked with us through three granite store until we found the most amazing stone. After literally months of painstaking research, my wife decided on a specific make and model of new refrigerator. She looked not just online, but visited (usually more than once) every major (and some minor) appliance stores in the area. The people at RiverBend knew more about appliances than anyone at any other shop - great advice and zero pressure to buy. Since proper installation is almost as important as the refrigerator itself, my wife also investigated the installers used by several local appliance shops. Dave, the owner, did our install, and he knows what he's doing. He came out twice - once to remove the old refrigerator and take final measurements, then once again to deliver and install the new refrigerator. He recommended a small change to our existing cabinets that nobody else even thought of, and it made the installation a complete success. Bottom line, Dave and his team delivered a quality product, carefully and properly installed, at a fair price. They were flexible, courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended.

Working with Donna & Dave, we redid my 40-year-old kitchen, not for the first time, but the first time for a complete renovation. Everything is now new except the appliances (new from Dave just a few years ago), the windows and the ceiling. I can't say enough about how happy I am - it wonderfully exceeds my expectations! Donna is simply a magician! Her advice on everything was spot on. Happily I followed it in all cases and she was SO right. And she is easy to work with... she listens, explains her ideas and finds great solutions. Her attention to detail is exceptional; so much so that there is nothing I would change. She personally selected, put together, and modeled various options for the layout, as well as styles, colors, and quality, for all parts of the kitchen including cabinets, granite countertop, backsplash, wall color, and floor tile so that we could visualize the finished product, and choose what works best for us.
