Our client was ready for their dream kitchen in the home they plan to stay in for good. Custom cabinetry throughout features solid alder wood doors and Pental Quartz counter tops. The 11-foot long kitchen island has a second sink for prepping food near the stove. There are storage cabinets on both sides and enough room to seat up to five people around the breakfast bar end. The glass cooktop has a downdraft exhaust to eliminate the need for a hood. Pendant lighting keeps this prep area light and bright. Throughout the kitchen storage was of primary importance. A double set of pull-out pantry cabinets makes it a breeze to find all of the pantry staples. A custom designed wine rack provides just the right amount of space for this couple and is tucked in above the refrigerator. A textured glass tile backsplash adds a little shine. Floors are Jamaican Hickory hardwood.
