On this project my clients hired me to completely outfit an empty town home they had bought to use for their own vacations in the Columbia Gorge and to rent out to other vacationers when they are not in residence. My task included completely furnishing a living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, second bedroom, 2-1/2 bathrooms plus a den used for TV viewing and converting to an additional sleeping area. I handled the purchase of everything from the sofa to the silverware. Everything needed to be low maintenance for a carefree vacation experience as well as durable for the use of renters. The clients loved the casual atmosphere. My favorite find was the bird patterned chair and ottoman for the living area giving a nod to the birdwatching possible from their windows.
