A client of mine moved from her Alexandria VA home to another city, and invited me to come out west to make the house feel like home. This project began with some of her paint colors, hanging all her art, reinstalling some window treatments, and creating new custom window treatment designs, reupholstering her sofa, wing chair and footstools, arranging her collectibles, and helping her find new table lamps, furniture, and upholstery. I recently went back out to photograph the home, and share what a beautiful and warm space it is.
