This two story window wall needed warmth, and improved functionality to control light, especially in the afternoon. It included both a central arched window above the fireplace, and two sets of corner windows, two stories high. The custom window treatment design, which included automated Hunter Douglas Solera shades, custom draperies on decorative poles, and custom tailored balloon shades, was awarded First Place in Specialty Window Fashions at the 2020 International Window Coverings Expo virtual Award Ceremony in June 2020. This is my fifth award in this competition, and is shown next to my first place trophy in Interior Design from 2014.
