The original brief for this project was to investigate the feasibility of a combined media wall and gas fireplace in the living room that also serves as the family room for this couple and their teen-aged son. The home owners had recently purchased some new upholstered furniture pieces for the room but were struggling with the finishing details including paint colours for a general refresh of the rest of the main floor.
