Gahida and Carlos's team did a great job in removing the carpet from my apartment and added hardwood flooring including leveling the surface. They gave me a timeline to work with and started work as soon as I got keys to the apartment and worked with my timings as well. Highly recommend their service.

Qualita, ( Carlos and Gahida ), recently completed a full bathroom renovation in our existing condo. We were looking for a local family run small business contractor and got that. They did a fabulous job and communication was good. Carlos' workmanship and attention to detail were fantastic. Gahida was great at co-ordinating the transformation and giving us ideas and pointing us in the right direction for suppliers of products used. We would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Qualita to anyone.

Carlos, Gahida and Tirssa fully renovated our 1950’s house in Vancouver, and it was such a pleasure working with them! They took out a wall, renovated our kitchen and bathroom, redid our fireplace, and painted and updates trims throughout the house. I chose Qualita because of all the companies I got quotes from, I felt they were the only company who truly listened to what I was asking for, and gave me a realistic quote based on that. Gahida and Tirssa guided me through the process of picking kitchen counters, cabinets, tiles, bathroom fixtures, paint, and so much more, and I felt like I could trust them to recommend high quality products and provide options to me based on my budget. Carlos has incredible attention to detail, and was so respectful of us while we were living in the basement of the house being renovated. He did an amazing job of the renovation, and any subcontractors he hired and brought into the house were equally respectful and produced high quality work. At the end of the project, they came back a few times afterwards to check for touch ups, and made sure we were happy with the final product. Anyone who visits our home is so impressed by the quality of the work and compliments the renovation. I will happily work with Qualita again for any future home renovation projects!

I used Gahida and team to replace all of my flooring, fully paint, and totally gut/remodel my condo bathroom. There were some minor communication issues related to completion timeline, but I would absolutely recommend Quality for their great value and cost for home work!

I hired Quality Property Services for renovating the two bathrooms in my condo. They were highly recommended by a neighbour who had a similar project done. I could not have been more satisfied with Qualita's work from start to finish. As they are a small business it took a while to get the project started, and once it did, it was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Throughout all phases of the project, from initial consultation, to design recommendation, to construction and completion, Qualita did a seamless job. I appreciated that Carlos was able to do everything himself, from plumbing, to electrical work, wall repair and painting. A top notch family business and a pleasure to work with.

We are very pleased with the professionalism and high quality work of Gahida and Carlos. The project was the replacement of the kitchen and entrance hallway floor tile in our condo. It turned out that the original tile had been improperly installed by the builder, as the mortar over the concrete was patchy and not level. Carlos provided a solution at a reasonable price and now the tile sits on a proper level surface. The project was completed on schedule and on budget. We will be contracting with Qualita to do our bathroom renovation later this year.

Gahida and Carlos did a great job - first in consulting and helping us with the design then following through in making our vision reality. They have great relationships with their sub-contractors and coordinated with them to fit seamlessly into the project. Carlos’ craftsmanship and quality is amazing and we love, love, love how everything turned out. We really wanted to support a small local business and are so glad we chose Qualita! Bonus- Gahida and Carlos are both dog lovers!
